Dr. Alberto J. Texidor
Clinical Director/Supervisor

Dr. Texidor specializes in brain-behavior relationships with particular expertise in evaluating and treating neuropsychological dysfunctions as a result of emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment during childhood, particularly as it pertains to attachment and bonding issues.

Dr. Texidor has more than thirty-five years of experience evaluating and treating children, adolescents, and adults with traumatic brain injury (TBI), reactive attachment disorder (RAD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, mood disorder, and social impairments. In addition, Dr. Texidor is also knowledgeable and experienced in evaluating and treating burn survivors and carbon monoxide victims.

Furthermore, Dr. Texidor is involved in training foster/adoptive parents, professionals, paraprofessionals, and biological parents in an array of topics including Anger Management, ADHD, Neurodevelopmental Milestones as it pertains to Attachment, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxieties, Mood Disorders, and the efficacy of Neurobiofeedback training as an intervention modality. Dr. Texidor has been a guest lecturer at Arizona State University on topics including Traumatic Brain Injury and Personality Changes after Traumatic Brain Injury.
